On November 9, 2015 at 6 p.m., Roberts Wesleyan College will host an on-campus Open House for prospective Adult (undergraduate degree-completion) and Graduate students - This event is not geared toward traditional undergraduate students (18-23 years old).

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:

• Over 20 programs to choose from (bachelor’s, master’s, certificates and more)
• Light snacks and drinks available
• Student service representatives on-site
• Program specific break-out session available

At this event, you will have the opportunity to meet faculty, attend program-specific information sessions, learn about degree and career options, and identify the delivery format that is right for you. Come interact with staff and student support service personnel who can answer questions about admissions, financial aid, career services and more!

Live from Hochstein" Produced in partnership with WXXI's Classical 91.5

When: Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 12:10 until 12:50 

Who: Jeffery McGhee (baritone), Paul Shewan (trumpet), Alex Trygstad (viola), and Michael Landrum (piano) as they perform music of Brahms, Bridge, and Hubeau along with spirituals.

Where: Hosted by Mona Seghatoleslami of WXXI, this concert is broadcast live on Classical 91.5 Radio

Live from Hochstein is the longest running live broadcast concert series in Western New York. Broadcast live from the Hochstein Performance Hall (50 North Plymouth Ave. in Rochester), the series presents performances by some of the finest artists from the Rochester area’s musical community. Each of these free “brown bag” concerts runs from 12:10-12:50 p.m., giving downtown business people, teachers, families, students and friends an opportunity to enjoy classical music during their lunch hour.

The Roberts Wesleyan College Community Orchestra performs their fall concert under the baton of Dr. Paul Shewan.  The concert is free and open to the public.

Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 in E-flat, Op. 55 "Eroica"

Bach's Passacaglia and Fugue in C minor arranged by Stokowski
