“The End To Deflategate: Putting The Air Back In Due Process”

Mr. Marc S. Brown, Esq. has been practicing law for over 20 years, focusing primarily on construction law, commercial litigation, and personal injury matters. He frequently represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and bonding companies, and has extensive experience handling construction contracts, lien law, trust fund, construction defects, and surety claims. He has also defended architects and engineers in professional liability disputes relating to the negligent design of buildings and structures.

Brown’s extensive commercial experience includes not only construction matters, but all manner of contract disputes, including those involving employment, real property and agriculture.  His experience with personal injury matters is varied and extensive, having prosecuted and defended countless personal injury and property damage claims. An experienced litigator, he has successfully tried cases to verdict and has handled numerous arbitrations and appeals in courts across New York State.

Brown has received an “AV” Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubble for very high ethical standards and legal ability, and has been selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as an outstanding lawyer in the field of construction litigation each year since 2012.

A graduate of State University of New York at Oswego, and Michigan State University College of Law, Brown has written for and presented at numerous continuing legal education seminars, and is an adjunct faculty member at the Charles Finney School in Penfield, New York.

Faith and Science Event
Time: All Day Event | Location: Buffalo Area

Information about Faith/Science luncheons happening this fall.

The first is quickly approaching! It is a special Friday night/Saturday event happening in Buffalo NY on September 18/19. The website is http://genesisrecast.com/wordpress/ - please visit this for more information. It is a very affordable conference that students can attend (7$ pre-registration or 10$ at door). They can go one or both days. Vans will be leaving Saturday around 7:15 and arriving back around 6pm

The second luncheon will be students sharing about their REU experiences. This will be on October 16th.

The final luncheon will be on November 13 and will likely be a follow-up discussion based around the Barnes symposium.
