Aqua Fit
We are cautiously optimistic that we will be able to offer this total body workout in the water in the future! The resistance and buoyancy of the water can strengthen the heart, muscles and core. It also improves posture, balance, strength and flexibility. Work at your own pace and feel the difference. Give it a try!
