Legal considerations, forecasting staffing needs, assessment techniques, identifying talent sources and methods, and reducing recruitment needs through retention are just a few of the topics emphasized in this course, which approaches the topics from the perspective of both the employer and the applicant.
Prerequisites: MGT 220 (or junior standing) and admission to major.
