Leadership You
A program to develop leaders for campus and beyond.
This inclusive program is open to all traditional undergraduate students seeking practical information and discussions that will help shape the kind of leaders they want to become in the future.
The certificate program consists of eight workshops distributed over two academic years (2 workshops per semester) with emphasis placed on (1) spiritual formation through humility and (2) development of professional skills through cultivation of NACE Career Ready Competencies such as Communication, Equity and Inclusion, and Teamwork.
Graduates of Leadership You will become future campus leaders who are more confident and prepared for the challenges they will encounter. Completing all eight workshops will result in a graduation ceremony and certificate of completion.

Program Highlights
Program offers multimodal learning components including in-person workshops and lectures, asynchronous learning, and retreats
The Leadership YOU certificate acts as a prerequisite for leadership positions on campus for Residence Life, Peer Mentors, Tutors, SALT, and more
Caring staff and faculty serve as mentors to help prepare students for service in leadership roles
A day retreat featuring a notable speaker exploring the intersection of humility and leadership and an off-campus meal and time of fellowship.
