International Students

To prepare to study in the United States and attend Roberts Wesleyan College, international students are required to submit proof of immunizations, a recent physical record, a tuberculin screening test result, and insurance coverage.

International students and their primary medical provider must complete the Health History form. Click link to get form: Health History form

If an international student does not complete the health history form, the required immunizations must be obtained from the Monroe County Health Department (MCHD), physical and tuberculin screening must be obtained from the college Health Center before beginning classes.

International students must submit the Health History form by mail, email, or fax before arriving at the college.
