Spring 2019 Support Groups and Workshops

Skills Group - This semester's skill-set is interpersonal effectiveness. Come learn tools for relationships, meeting new people, and . You must be in individual counseling to do this group, so talk to your individual counselor, or make a new appointment for details. Contact Erica Cieri with questions.

Haven - Haven is a confidential group on campus for students who are LGBTQ (gay, lesbian, bisexual/pansexual, or questioning their sexual orientation). This group provides a safe place to talk about issues of identity and faith with supportive others. If this describes you, you are welcome at Haven! Contact the group directly for details.

Mindfulness Group - A three session mindfulness group where you can learn tips to be more calm, aware and grounded. Beginning during Mental Health Awareness Week April 1st-7th. There are two opportunities to start: Tuesday April 2nd at 12:15 in the Fireside Lounge in Golisano Library or Wednesday April 3rd in VAC Room 200 (out the first set of doors from the bookstore).
