Individual Music Lessons

Individual music lessons at the Roberts Community Music School prepare students to express themselves musically and acquire the skills to successfully participate in ensembles, perform in public, and enjoy a lifelong love of music.

The Roberts Community Music School offers private music lessons for all ages, levels, and abilities. Students meet for one-on-one weekly sessions with RCMS faculty.  

Currently offering individual music lessons on the following instruments:

  • Bass
  • Cello
  • Clarinet
  • Electric Bass
  • Flute
  • French Horn
  • Guitar (classical and electric)
  • Jazz Improvization *age 10
  • Percussion
  • Piano
  • Saxophone
  • Trumpet
  • Ukulele
  • Viola
  • Violin
  • Voice *age 10 (classical and music theater)

We also offer private lessons in Music Theory! Register for a regular lesson with 'Music Theory' as your instrument.

Unless stated, the minimum age to begin lessons is 5 years old.

If the instrument you wish to study is not listed above, please contact the Director, as we are currently in the process of expanding our offerings.
