Share thisRoberts Enactus Team Finishes Top Eight in Nation
The Roberts Wesleyan College Enactus team attended the Enactus United States National Exposition, May 5-7 in Kansas City, MO. There are over 1,700 university programs for Enactus worldwide that explore how entrepreneurial action impacts lives. This year, the team focused on helping students in the Rochester City School District.
The Roberts team placed first runner up in the semi-finals; other schools that made the semi-final round were Kennesaw State University, Flagler College, and Syracuse. The team finished in the top eight teams in the nation. Brigham Young University Hawaii was named the 2019 USA National Champions. Roberts Wesleyan College also won the national award for Excellence in Social Media. We are proud of our Enactus team for this accomplishment, as well as their service to the students in the City of Rochester. This is yet another example of Roberts students who are inspired to transform themselves and the world.
