September 9, 2015Roberts Rises in the U.S. News Top Regional Universities Ranking
This year’s U.S. News & World Report ranking of the nation’s best colleges places Roberts Wesleyan College among the top universities in the Northern region of the country – climbing four positions higher than last year at 83 out of nearly 200 schools.
The more than 1,800 colleges reviewed by U.S. News & World Report are evaluated on up to 16 factors, including graduation rate, retention rates, financial resources available and the overall reputation of the school. The Regional Universities North rankings include schools from Maryland, Rhode Island, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Maine.
Results from this annual ranking were published in this week’s edition of the magazine and also are available online at: www.usnews.com/education.
