Redhawks Who Soar - April 2019

Roberts Wesleyan College is proud of its 18,000+ living alumni. Roberts alumni are working in the fields of healthcare, social work, business, education, non-profits and entrepreneurship – to name a few! After graduation, the soul of Roberts stays with our alumni -- read these short updates to learn more about their lives after college.

Here are this month’s Redhawks Who Soar:

Traci Clark’14 (MSL) is a human resource generalist at the engineering firm Bergmann in Rochester. She is responsible for employee engagement and professional development. Read the full story.

Jordan Dixon’09 (MSMK) and Connor Dixon-Schwabl’15 (MSMK) were recently promoted to the management team at Dixon Schwabl, a marketing and communications firm. Jordan moved from director of strategic workflow to managing partner of the department. Connor in now the managing partner of studio production. Read the full story.

Logan Geen’07 (Business Management) is an attorney of health care practice with Bond, Schoeneck & King in Rochester. Geen has a law degree from SUNY Buffalo Law School. Read the full story.

Bob Hartman’07 (Humanities and Religion/Philosophy) was recently promoted to Sr. Leader, Market Innovations, Medicare Product and Diversified Services Development at MVP Health Care.

Kenya Matsushita’16 (Accounting – Information Management) CMA, CPA, is a senior accountant at Shimomura & Co., CPAs. Matsushita, who was an international student from Japan, recognized Dr. Daniel Barlow who he said “helped me on this journey—both in solidifying a strong ethical core and in improving my understanding of accounting.” Read the full story.

Joanna Stewart Poag’10 (Art-Studio and Psychology) is an exhibiting artist at the Textile Center in Minneapolis, MN from Mar. 18 through May 11. She is one of 10 textile artists featured. Read about the exhibit.

Colleen Conley Rose’09 (MHA) will take over as the executive health director of Monroe Community Hospital on June 28th. Read the full story.
