David Koran '08 came to Roberts Wesleyan College with a plan to become an educator. His diverse interests would lead him in other directions. As a Humanities Major, David benefited from a holistic, liberal arts education as he developed skills in the areas of Communication, Mathematics, and the Sciences. His unique set of knowledge and abilities launched him into a career with SolarCity, a Tesla company.
The opportunity to work for an innovative company making strides in renewable energy perfectly aligned with David's values of environmental stewardship. Finding that match between his beliefs and an employer's mission was critical to David as he pursued career opportunities after graduation.
