The Barnes Science & Faith Symposium: It’s About Time

On April 21-22, the Barnes Science & Faith Symposium: It’s About Time will explore the concept of time, featuring keynote speaker, Dr. Adam Frank, Professor of Astrophysics at the University of Rochester, and various science, psychology, and theology faculty from Roberts Wesleyan College.

Keynote speaker, Dr. Adam Frank, is the co-founder of National Public Radio’s 13.7: Cosmos and Culture blog as well as a regular on-air commentator for All Things Considered, and has written for Scientific American, Astronomy, and Discover magazines. He also contributes occasionally to The New York Times. His most recent book, About Time: Cosmology and Culture at the Twilight of the Big Bang, explores the links between changing conceptions of cosmology and the human experience of time.

The Barnes Symposium is made possible by the generous support of Dr. and Mrs. David Barnes.
