Roberts Senior Brynn Knipes Named 2012-2013 Presser Scholar

 

Brynn Knipes of Granville, NY, was recently named the 2012-2013 Roberts Wesleyan College Presser Scholar. The highest honor for a Roberts music student, this award is annually given to one student selected by the music faculty, and the choice of recipient is guided by a consideration of academic and musical excellence and merit. Accompanied by a grant provided by The Presser Foundation, the award is a prestigious one, recognizing excellence. Brynn will graduate in May of 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Piano Performance. She performs in many campus events, including both ensemble and solo performances, and has maintained a GPA of 3.99. Brynn is the daughter of Richard and Carol Knipes of Granville, NY.
