3+4 RWC-UB Chemistry-PharmD Agreement

The cooperative Pharmacy program with the University at Buffalo (UB) consists of three years at Roberts Wesleyan College (RWC) and four years at UB thereby allowing students to complete both the B.S. and the Doctor of Pharmacy degrees in seven years instead of the traditional eight.  In the RWC portion of the program, the students complete 99 semester hours which includes the majority of the requirements for the Chemistry (or Biochemistry) major (see below).  During the first year at UB, students will take 25 hours of science and pharmacy course work that will transfer back to RWC to complete the B.S. in Chemistry/Biochemistry.  The student is eligible to graduate from Roberts Wesleyan College only after the RWC program and the first-year courses at the University of Buffalo are completed and transferred back to Roberts Wesleyan College.  For more specific details, contact RWC's Chemistry-Pre-pharmacy advisor at 585.594.6310.
