Graduates from the Nursing Education program at Roberts have gone on to advance their careers and be recognized with awards for their professional excellence.
- Erika Reinhardt, MSNE Group 2, was selected to receive one of three "National Alliance on Mental Illness Teacher of the Year" Awards. This award reflects her dedication and commitment to persons with mental illness and their families, and was presented at the May, 2011 NAMI Annual Awards Dinner.
- Kim Santamaria, MSNE Group 4, was named Nurse Manager of the Education Department at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Canandaigua, NY in September 2011. Additionally, her Graduate Thesis Project "Healing the Wounded Healer Nurse" was sent to Washington D.C. for a grant for the Wellness Initiative of 2012.
- Yvette Conyers, MSNE Group 4, was nominated and accepted for "Greater Rochester 40 under 40 African American Leaders" in the Messenger post. She currently serves as the Director of Nursing Transcultural Team for Home Care of Rochester.
- Genie Rotundo, MSNE Group 5, had an article published on planting seeds for change in maternity care, Centering Pregnancy, in March 2011.
