Biography

Dr. Deever joined Roberts in December, 1999, as an adjunct professor.  In 2002, he became Assistant Professor in Organizational Management. Dr. Deever has responsibilities for teaching statistics, research methods, and astronomy. Prior to coming to Roberts, he taught at SUNY Brockport and worked at Eastman Kodak.  While at Kodak, he was responsible for managing a department which provided custom instrumentation worldwide.  Dr. Deever is an active member of the Fairport United Methodist Church.  He recently completed an outreach project to build a well, school room and cottage hospital in Nigeria.  As part of that project, he was invited by village leaders to travel to Nigeria for the commissioning of the well.
