“The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life."
Jesus, John 10:10 (NLT)
"Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
Howard Thurman

After graduating from Elim Bible Institute, I spent 20 years in vocational ministry. In 2016, after completing a degree in Organizational Management, I made a career pivot to higher education by accepting my first role at Roberts in the School of Business. Since that time, I earned my Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and added numerous business tools to my years of experience in project management, leadership coaching, and systems development.

I live by the philosophy that life’s journey is most memorable and most meaningful when taken alongside a community of friends. As a result, I actively build collaborative teams and thriving communities in my workspace and home life. I am married and have three adult children. I love all things outdoors, including hunting, hiking, archery, camping, rock-climbing, and paddling.
