Recruitment Manager, School of Nursing Programs
Position Description/Responsibilities: The Department of Adult and Graduate Enrollment (AGE) seeks a full-time Recruitment Manager to develop a recruiting strategy for each program represented in the School of Nursing’s AGE programs in partnership with program leadership and the enrollment goals of the programs. Primary responsibilities include maintaining a strong working knowledge of program-specific admissions requirements and information; developing recruiting strategies based on knowledge of specific student demographics, inquiry pool attributes, organizations that fill the admissions funnel, and best-practices; and collaborating with AGE Marketing to support the creation of effective marketing campaigns and collateral that augments both overall recruiting strategy and supports individual recruiting events.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, and 3-5 years related sales or marketing experience required with experience in higher education ideal. Superior relational skills, strong communication skills, and MS Office skills also required, along with a strong ability to work independently and be self-directed. Previous experience working in a healthcare field a plus.
