Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Office of Undergraduate Admissions

Position Description/Responsibilities: The College seeks candidates for a full-time Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions to provide comprehensive leadership for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to achieve recruitment goals. Primary responsibilities include casting a vision for the team and partners for recruiting and enrolling students, with attention to mission fit, diversity, academic quality and overall institutional fit; formulating recruitment strategies utilizing institutional experience, market trends, and best practices; modeling God-honoring excellence in leadership and supervision of the UG Recruitment and Admissions teams to assure goals and objectives are achieved; implementing the marketing plan, in collaboration with the AVP for Brand and Communications; managing relationship with enrollment partner specifically surrounding the deployment of search and application generation; and implementation of an annual financial aid strategy and admissions standards, in collaboration with internal team members.

Qualifications: Master’s degree required along with results-oriented experience in admissions/enrollment, marketing and strategic planning in higher education. Strong relationship-building, coaching/managing, and public speaking skills needed, as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Adept in reporting, presentation skills, Google Suite, and excel data analysis.
