Enrollment Outreach Manager, School of Business Programs

Position Description/Responsibilities: The Department of Adult and Graduate Enrollment (AGE) seeks a full-time Enrollment Outreach Manager to develop a recruiting strategy for all Adult & Graduate Enrollment programs represented in the School of Business, in partnership with program leadership and the enrollment goals of the programs.  Primary responsibilities: developing recruiting strategies based on knowledge of specific student demographics, inquiry pool attributes, organizations that fill the admissions funnel, and best-practices; collaborating with AGE Marketing to support the creation of effective marketing campaigns and collateral that augment the overall recruiting strategy and support  individual recruiting events; serving as the primary web and social media manager for the AGE School of Business; effectively utilizing relevant technology and processes related to admissions procedures, including database and communications software; and maintaining a strong working knowledge of program-specific admissions requirements and information.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, and 3-5 years related sales or marketing experience required, with experience in higher education ideal. Superior relational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to plan strategically and creatively. The ideal candidate can work independently and be self-directed.  MS Office skills required.
