Enrollment Data Specialist & Office Manager
Position Description/Responsibilities: The Office of Adult & Graduate Enrollment (AGE) is accepting applications for a full-time Enrollment Data Specialist & Office Manager to serve as the point of contact for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within the department. The CRM is the basis for crucial reports and the repository for all admissions information for our prospective students. In addition, s/he implements all processes related to AGE admissions documentation, manages office functions including supplies, work orders and scheduling, and supervises student workers. Those who think analytically, understand the importance of database integrity, and strive to assure that internal and external customers are well-supported are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have excellent skills in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel) and Google Office applications, with the technical acuity necessary to effectively learn new applications. Previous experience with a CRM is preferred. Effective communication skills with proactive customer service expertise, significant organizational and interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail are also expected, as are the abilities to multitask and handle frequent interruptions in a professional manner. A bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) and a minimum of 3-5 years professional business experience is required.
