Director of Cultural Life Center, Voller Athletic Center and Conference & Events Services

The Chief Financial Officer is seeking applications for a full-time Director of Cultural Life Center, Voller Athletic Center, and Conference & Events Services (CLC, VAC, and CES). This role helps to create positive community engagement with the College and Seminary, and generates important auxiliary revenue through oversight of the aforementioned operations. Primary responsibilities include establishing and executing the annual performing arts series in the Cultural Life Center, providing critical oversight of the Voller Athletic Center, including community and student programming, and executing the annual Conference & Events schedule with a strong emphasis on Summer at Roberts. The Director of CLC, VAC, and CES also plays an integral and collaborative role in planning, coordinating and executing numerous other campus events, and provides oversight of the campus master event calendar and online scheduling system.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, attention to detail, creativity, flexibility, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Must demonstrate previous achievement in revenue generation and responsibility for planning and promoting performing arts events, and familiarity with theater management, event production, and conference and event planning. A Bachelor’s degree in management, higher education, or related fields is strongly preferred. At least 5-7 years of related experience is required.
