Director of Business Solutions Institute

Position Description/Responsibilities: The Community Engagement Institute is accepting applications for a full-time Director of the Business Solutions Institute (BSI) at Roberts Wesleyan College to provide leadership and administrative oversight for the BSI, including existing training and workforce development initiatives, as well as the development and implementation of new training and consulting initiatives. Responsibilities and deliverables include: business development to source and advance new training/business solutions and funding streams; client engagement to manage development and delivery of training/business solutions; provide administrative oversight of the Institute; promotion to expand visibility of the BSI on campus and in the community; and professional development, serving as a thought leader on training and business solutions. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have at least a master’s degree in strategic leadership, business administration, marketing, OD, or a related field of study. In addition, we are seeking candidates who have 10 years or more of related experience.
