Annual Fund Coordinator, Office of Advancement
Position Description/Responsibilities: The Advancement Office seeks a full-time Annual Fund Coordinator to assist the Director of Annual Giving Programs in meeting fundraising goals through implementation of new and creative approaches to fundraising. Specific responsibilities include leading all dimensions of the Phonathon program including recruiting and supervising student employees, organizing calling and communication efforts, and tracking results. This position also serves as the Student Philanthropy Director for the One Day of Giving, manages the Roberts Faithful loyal giving program, organizes a scholarship mini golf tournament, and manages a portfolio of Roberts Circle prospects. Additional duties include helping plan the annual golf tournament, sending acknowledgement letters, and assisting in Annual Fund marketing strategies.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, including fund raising knowledge; must be self-motivated and inquisitive with strong communication, organization and people skills; excellent MS Office and database research skills; and the ability to effectively adapt to changing conditions.
