Adjunct Faculty - Nutrition
The School of Nursing invites candidates to apply for an Adjunct Nutrition Faculty position beginning Spring of 2021. The nutrition course is taken by all students in the nursing program and exercise science program and is open to students in other disciplines at Roberts. This course is offered in the fall, spring, and summer in both classroom (fall) and online (spring and summer) formats. Roberts is a beautiful, park-like campus in Rochester New York, providing the program with the advantages of a suburban setting within a vibrant metropolitan area.
Roberts Wesleyan College is a comprehensive, Christian college of the liberal arts, sciences, and professions serving approximately 1800 traditional and nontraditional students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Required qualifications include a M.S in nutrition or a related field. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong commitment to the integration of Christian faith and professional practice and a willingness to support the College’s Christian mission and identity. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate cultural competence and value the principles of diversity & equity.
Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate Principles of Nutrition course.
