Spring Literacy Program
Our Spring Literacy Program is tentatively scheduled for Wednesdays from 5-6 pm or 6-7 pm, January 31 to April 25, 2018. The fee is $50.
This year, students in grades K-6 will receive one-on-one personalized instruction for one hour. Our instructors are certified teachers who are completing a Master’s of Education in Literacy. The instructors conduct initial assessments to determine needs, provide appropriate instruction in decoding, comprehension, and other areas as indicated by these assessments, and write progress monitoring and final reports for you and any school personnel you choose to receive it.
To have your child considered for our services, please complete, sign and mail in the registration form. The last page allows us to obtain school records to help plan appropriate instruction.
Registration for this program will begin November 1st. Students will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
