Mark Concordia; College Professor & Industry Expert

Associate Professor Mark Concordia is a sought-out industry expert on criminal justice-related topics, as well as a leading professor. He was recently quoted in a national CBS News article, Which states have the biggest drug problems?, which focuses on the national opioid epidemic.

He was also interviewed by WalletHub, a personal finance website, in their article, Drug Use by State: 2018’s Problem Areas. In this interview, he provides insight into the cause(s) of the opioid epidembic, as well as how state and local authorities can effectively combat it.

Concordia is a professor in the Department of Criminal Justice, Director of the Homeland Security and Applied Intelligence program and the Director of the Justice and Security Institute at the college.
