Trainings We Offer
For the first time in US history, there are 5 generations in the workforce! Each generation holds a unique view of authority, role of work, and relationships. This workshop explores all five generations and offers opportunities to explore how to enable a strong and healthy multigenerational workforce. Additionally, this session can be customized to speak specifically about the next generation of leaders (Gen Y, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha).
Certified through the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO(R) Serious Play(R) methodology, our facilitators will develop a customized, interactive workshop designed to guide your team through solving a complex challenge currently facing your organization. This option can be great for annual retreats, kick-off events, and off-sites. Some examples of topics include building a team identity, organizational vision, strategy, and building leadership awareness. No LEGO building experience is necessary, just an open mind and a posture for serious play.

This workshop introduces you to a new way of thinking that is built on human-centered design (understanding the user, not just the problem). Using empathy and building the muscle of creative confidence, each participant will gain insight and tools into a creative problem-solving approach.
