Memberships and Accreditations

Roberts Wesleyan College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, and is a member of the Association of Colleges and Universities of the State of New York, Rochester Area Colleges, Rochester Regional Library Council, the Association of Free Methodist Educational Institutions, the Council of Independent Colleges, and the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. The Division of Visual Arts is an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Art and Design. The Undergraduate Business Program, the Organizational Management Program, the Master of Science in Strategic Leadership Program, and the Master of Science in Strategic Marketing Program are accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education. The Division of Music and Performing Arts is an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Music. The Division of Nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). The Master of Science program in School Psychology is approved with conditions by the National Association of School Psychologists.  The Division of Social Work is an accredited institutional member of the Council on Social Work Education. The Division of Teacher Education is accredited by New York State Regents Accreditation of Teacher Education (RATE). Documents describing accreditation are on file for review in the Office of the President. Roberts Wesleyan College is approved by the New York State Division of Veterans Affairs.
