Are you one of the many young women struggling with your self-esteem? You’re not alone. Welcome to Monday Afternoon Self-Care! This is a therapeutic group designed to help young women on campus develop and strengthen self-love and self-compassion. We will be working on battling our negative self-talk and appreciating our many strengths. Come join other young women on campus in the CARP 307 conference room for Monday Afternoon Self-Care every Monday at 3:30 PM. Sponsored&nbsp by the Counseling Center.
