Barnes Symposium Reception&Faculty Presentations
Time: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM | Location: Smith Science Center 2nd floor lobby & Auditorium

The Barnes Science & Faith Symposium: It’s About Time will explore the concept of time, featuring keynote speaker, Dr. Adam Frank, Professor of Astrophysics at the University of Rochester on Tuesday night, April 21. A chapel service and presentations by Roberts Wesleyan College faculty will round out the discussion.

3:30 pm - Desserts and coffee/drinks

4:00 pm - Science, psychology, and theology faculty from Roberts Wesleyan College will supplement the discussion from the unique perspectives of their own disciplines.

    • Dr. David Roll, Professor of Biological Chemistry
  • "The Culture of Time and Gravity in Modern Physics"
    • Michael Schillaci, Assistant Professor of Physics
