Alumni Anthony Watson to Make History in Winter Olympics
Alumni Anthony Watson (attended 2008-09) will make history in the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea as Jamaica's first skeleton athlete. In skeleton, an athlete rides a sled head-first down an ice track often at speeds near 80 mph. While at Roberts, Watson was a Contemporary Ministry major, and competed in basketball, soccer, and track & field.
Watson was recently featured in a Q & A for NBC Olympics.
