Alumni Spotlight: Jennifer Gales, RN, MSN '12
Jennifer Gales, RN, MSN '12, has recently been named Chief Nursing Officer at Unity Hospital, and will serve on Rochester Regional’s CNO Council. In this role, she will report to Doug Stewart, president of Unity Hospital, and she will assume responsibility for nursing and patient care services.
Jen began her career at Rochester Regional more than 26 years ago. She has acted as interim chief nursing officer since January of this year. Previously, she served as Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Unity.
Jen earned a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College, where she had previously completed the RNBS program in 2005. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, and of the New York Organization of Nurse Executives and Leaders (NYONEL).
