Wind Ensemble (February 16-21, 2017) in New York and Massachusetts (Syracuse, Albany, Binghamton, Rochester and Boston)

Chorale (March 11-16, 2017) in Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. (Philadelphia, Quakertown, Lancaster and Washington D.C.)

“RWC Community Orchestra Reception” The RWC Community Orchestra is expanding its vision while holding on to its deep-rooted traditions. To hear more (and how you can support the orchestra’s future), you are cordially invited to a reception on Saturday, November 12 after the 7:30 p.m. concert. “RWC Christmas Gala 2017: Chorale and Alumni Choir” Calling all music alumni! I know it’s difficult to think about Christmas time in summer, but we want you on stage with our ensembles to sing Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus,” Saturday, December 10 at 7:30 p.m. There will be only one rehearsal on Saturday (Dec. 10) in the afternoon.  To secure your spot and receive a copy of the music, please contact Jillian Lauritzson (special events coordinator) at Lauritzson_Jillian@roberts.edu or 585.594.6101. “Now Enrolling: Roberts Community Music School (RCMS)” Music and Performing Arts has retooled its Community Music School with exciting new programs such our Adult Band, Inclusive Community Music School and Early Childhood Education classes. Our school has outstanding faculty including members of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. RCMS is now offering lessons on all instruments from classical to jazz for any age and ability.
