Tammie Hotchkiss Myslivecek '90 and Dean Myslivecek '90

Tammie Hotchkiss Myslivecek '90 (Social Work) and Dean Myslivecek '90 (Secondary Education/Science) have been an integral part of the Roberts Wesleyan College community for years.  After graduating from Roberts, Tammie worked as an RD in South Commons and currently works for the Office of Advancement.  Dean began teaching immediately, taking a position at Gates-Chili High School, where he teaches Chemistry and AP Environmental Studies (and is also in charge of aquariums consisting of over 5,000 gallons).

Tammie and Dean are blessed to have had four children.  Alyssa is a senior at Roberts, Abigal is a junior at Churchville-Chili High School, and David a sophomore at Churchville.  Their eldest child, Daniel, tragically passed away in 2006 after a two-year battle with melanoma.

Each spring, the Myslivecek’s and the community partner to celebrate Daniel’s life and to raise money for organizations like the Golisano Children’s Hospital and Camp Good Days and Special Times.

Daniel’s 5k Race will take place on April 5, 2014 at Churchville-Chili High School.  The race is a family 5K event and is held on a USATF certified road course.  If you are interested in participating, please go to the registration site here

Join the Myslivecek’s as they celebrate Daniel’s life and raise funds for a great cause.
