Accepted Students

Congratulations again on being accepted to Roberts!  We have created a checklist to help you on your way to becoming a Redhawk.

1. Secure your spot

-To secure your spot make your payment online HERE or send the payment to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with the card provided with your acceptance letter.

-The payment will be credited toward your first tuition payment and secures your place for the upcoming school year.  We cannot create your schedule until we have received the enrollment deposit.

-For freshman entering in the Fall this is due May 1, unless you are admitted after April 1. (In that case, your enrollment deposit is due within 30 days of your admission, and must be made before you register for classes.)

-Resident students will also need to submit a housing deposit of $100.

2. Apply for financial aid by submitting the FAFSA

Apply as soon after January 1st as possible. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available at Fill it out and have the results sent to Roberts Wesleyan College. (The RWC school code for FAFSA is 002805).

3. Sign up for Accepted Students Day OR New Student Registration

Do you know Roberts is where you want to be?  

If so, sign up for New Student Registration to:

  • Officially become a Roberts Redhawk
  • Get your class schedule before classes fill up
  • Meet your classmates, find your future roommate
  • Activate your Student ID, Student Account, and Student Email

Do you need one last look to make a college decision?

If so, Accepted Students Day is for you!  At this event, you will come away with greater clarity to the question, "Why Roberts?"  

At Accepted Students Day you will:

  • Get the red carpet experience
  • Meet with professors
  • Meet future classmates
  • Visit with Financial Aid
  • Catch the best student activity of the year- Saturday Night Live variety show

4. Sign up for New Student Registration in Summer

IF YOU DID NOT ATTEND NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION IN THE SPRING, kick off summer with an incredible day for our deposited students! (See step #1) You will meet future classmates and be introduced to the resources you need to be a successful Roberts student.

Here you will:

  • Officially become a Roberts Redhawk
  • Get your class schedule before classes fill up
  • Meet your classmates, find your future roommate
  • Activate your Student ID, Student Account, and Student Email

5. Submit your Medical History Record

-Upon submitting your enrollment deposit, you can then complete and submit your Medical History Record online.

-You will need to send the medical forms in before August 1, 2015 and can find more information about the Roberts Wesleyan Health Center here.

6. Log in to your new Roberts email account

Once you have submitted your enrollment deposit and received your Student ID# (after July 1st), you can create your email password here. You will then be able to log on at to access the RWC Intranet and your email account.

7. Fill out your Emergency Contact Information

-First, you will log into the Intranet.  You will first need to create your password using the instructions above in Step #5 if you have not done so already.

-Once you are logged into the Intranet at, you will be able to fill out your emergency contact information and access your class schedule.

8. Apply for on-campus Employment

-To apply for a job on campus, you will first need to create your intranet password using the instructions in step #5.

-Once you have created your password, you will be able to go here to submit an application for jobs that are available on campus.

9. Purchase your Books

-Once you receive your course schedule you will be able to purchase in our campus bookstore in the Voller Athletic Center or check out our online store

10. Send all Final Transcripts

-For all high school students, a final high school transcript with a posted graduation date must be submitted prior to August 1st, as a final requirement for admission, and in order to receive financial aid.

-Transfer students are also responsible for submitting ALL official college transcripts.

12. New Student Orientation
