Accepted Students

Congratulations again on being accepted to Roberts!  We have created a checklist to help you on your way to becoming a Redhawk.

1. Secure your spot

-To secure your spot make your payment online HERE or send the payment to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with the card provided with your acceptance letter.

-The payment will be credited toward your first tuition payment and secures your place for the upcoming school year.  We cannot create your schedule until we have received the enrollment deposit.

-For freshman entering in the Fall this is due May 1, unless you are admitted after April 1. (In that case, your enrollment deposit is due within 30 days of your admission, and must be made before you register for classes.)

-Resident students will also need to submit a housing deposit of $100.

2. Apply for financial aid by submitting the FAFSA

Apply as soon after January 1st as possible. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available at www.fafsa.gov. Fill it out and have the results sent to Roberts Wesleyan College. (The RWC school code for FAFSA is 002805).

3. Sign up for Accepted Students Day

-Now that you have been accepted to Roberts we want to invite you to a day designed just for you!  Come meet future classmates, get to know the campus better and talk about the academic, spiritual and social benefits of a place that believes not only in education but in Higher Learning.

-Register for the day here on our website.   

4. Sign up for and attend Summer Registration

-Kick off summer with an incredible two days for our deposited students! (See step #1) You will meet future classmates and be introduced to the resources you need to be a successful Roberts student.

-Adult and transfer students may want to register for the second day of the event only.

5. Submit your Medical History Record

-Upon submitting your enrollment deposit, you can then complete and submit your Medical History Record online.

-You will need to send the medical forms in before September 1, 2013 and can find more information about the Roberts Wesleyan Health Center here.

6. Log in to your new Roberts email account

Once you have submitted your enrollment deposit and received your Student ID# (after July 1st), you can create your email password here. You will then be able to log on at rwc.roberts.edu to access the RWC Intranet and your email account.

7. Fill out your Emergency Contact Information

-First, you will log into the Intranet.  You will first need to create your password using the instructions above in Step #5 if you have not done so already.

-Once you are logged into the Intranet at rwc.roberts.edu, you will be able to fill out your emergency contact information and access your class schedule.

8. Apply for on-campus Employment

-To apply for a job on campus, you will first need to create your intranet password using the instructions in step #5.

-Once you have created your password, you will be able to go here to submit an application for jobs that are available on campus.

9. Purchase your Books

-Once you receive your course schedule you will be able to purchase in our campus bookstore in the Voller Athletic Center or check out our online store

10. Send all Final Transcripts

-For all high school students, a final high school transcript with a posted graduation date must be submitted prior to August 1, 2013, as a final requirement for admission, and in order to receive financial aid.

-Transfer students are also responsible for submitting ALL official college transcripts.
