The Counseling Center staff recognizes and respects their own heritage, as well as the cultural, intellectual, and religious traditions of clients; they hold a personal value system in attitudes and actions consistent with the College's historic Christian perspective.  The RWC Counseling Center adheres to the code of ethics and standards of practice as approved by both the American Counseling Association, and the National Association of Social Workers.
