Women in Theatre Symposium

Music & Performing Arts at Roberts Wesleyan College is proud to host a daylong symposium – geared toward all theatre enthusiasts – focused on women in theatre. National and local guests who work in all aspects of the theatre world will gather for a day of training, conversation and networking culminating in a student performance of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice,” adapted by Jon Jory.

Recently, local theater critic Leah Stacy and actress Shawnda Urie stopped by Good Day Rochester to explain what's happening at the event and why: http://foxrochester.com/news/good-day-rochester/roberts-wesleyan-celebrating-women-in-theater
