Roberts Welcomes Wiedefeld as Vice President for Enrollment Management

Roberts Wesleyan College is pleased to announce that Kimberley Wiedefeld has been appointed vice president for enrollment management, effective Aug. 24. Wiedefeld’s new role encompasses admissions, recruitment, retention, marketing and communications.

To Roberts Wesleyan, she brings vast experiences in enrollment, admissions and research, having served in the industry for over 10 years. As vice president for enrollment management, Wiedefeld will oversee undergraduate, adult and graduate admissions, student financial services, brand and marketing and collaborate with Advancement. She will have direct oversight of these functions at all levels of the college and indirect leadership at Northeastern Seminary.

Most recently, Wiedefeld served as senior director of undergraduate admission at Azusa Pacific University, where her strong foresight and research background kept admissions moving in the right direction. She focused on equipping the admissions leadership team with strategic guidance.

“Kimberley is a strategic leader who will focus on the college being well positioned to enroll students into our programs,” President Deana L. Porterfield said. “I know her on a personal and professional level, having worked with her at Azusa Pacific University a few years ago. She is a person I deeply respect and admire, and I am confident she will bring a new energy and passion to our leadership team. We are thankful for God’s guidance in bringing Kimberley to Roberts Wesleyan to fill this important position at our college.”

She has a M.A. in education and international development from University of London, Institute of Education, London, U.K., and a B.A. in Spanish language and literature from Azusa Pacific University.

Wiedefeld moved from California and resides in the Brighton with her husband, John Mark, and two children.
