Librarians Attend SUNYLA at SUNY Binghamton

On June 9^th, 2016, Kellie Barbato, Outreach Librarian and Erin Bennett, Information Services Librarian attended the annual SUNY Librarians Association annual conference, titled Convergence: Libraries from Every Direction. They were invited to the conference to present their poster about the juvenile literature project and were among 25 posters selected from many different institutions. Their poster, titled “Getting to Yes: A Successful Collaboration between Library Faculty and Teaching Faculty,” describes the project’s goal, process, challenges and solutions. Stop by the Library to see the poster and photos of the project. Kellie and Erin enjoyed attending sessions, meeting librarians from all over New York State and getting ideas for other projects to try at Golisano Library!
