U.S. News and World Report's New College Rankings

Roberts Ranks Favorably on U.S. News & World Report’s Annual List

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Roberts Wesleyan College again placed in the top tier of U.S. News & World Report’s annual list of regional universities in the north. The college ranked 74th out of the 182 schools included on the list.

“It is always an honor to be included on a list of this caliber,” said Jack Connell, Roberts Wesleyan College’s executive vice president. “We plan to use the data from U.S. News & World Report along with other research we’ve conducted as we continue to tailor the college’s strategic plan for growth and improvement.”

The more than 1,800 colleges reviewed by U.S. News & World Report are evaluated on up to 16 factors, including graduation rate, retention rates, financial resources available and the overall reputation of the school. The  Regional Universities North rankings include schools from Maryland, Rhode Island, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Maine. Roberts Wesleyan College was one of eight colleges in the Rochester area to be ranked in the report.
