ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Kirk Wagar ’90, was sworn in by Secretary of State John Kerry as the United States Ambassador to Singapore. The ceremony took place at the Department of State on Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Kirk founded Wagar Law, P.A. (Miami, FL) in 1998.
