Roberts Hosts Book Launch & Signing Party

— Event offers opportunity to meet the creators of Cheap Love —

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The local husband and wife duo of Carrie and Erv Starr, authors of “Cheap Love: Living and Loving on Less,” will be hosting a book launch and signing party for their newly published book this Saturday, August 13. The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will take place in North Chili at 2475 Westside Drive. The book launch is open to the public. Snacks, drinks, music, and more will be provided.

Vulnerable, frank, witty and wise, “Cheap Love” is the story of best friends from college who spent their honeymoon in a borrowed tent and - with a deliberate focus on establishing a lasting romance while pursuing financial responsibility - was able to celebrate their tenth anniversary on an Alaskan cruise. Lovers of simple pleasures, unexpected adventures, spoiling others and following Jesus, Carrie and Erv share their struggles and success with transparency and grace.

The launch party will provide guests with the rare opportunity to gain insight into the story behind “Cheap Love,” a time of question and answer, as well as the chance to purchase the book, signed by the authors.
