LEADERSHIP EDUCATION AND DISSECTION

L.E.A.D. is designed for students with an interest in leadership and how it impacts their life and the lives of others around them.

Program Purpose

This series is designed to encourage students to pursue greater involvement and leadership on the Roberts campus, as well as in serving the community. Built on the premise that leadership is an important aspect of Scholarship, Spiritual Formation, and Service, this program consists of a series of workshops to discuss leadership styles, effective meetings, recruitment and retention of student leaders, as well as marketing leadership experience.  The sessions include interactive discussions and specifically examine opportunities at Roberts for leadership, but have broad application and meaning to life after Roberts.

This program is coordinated by Brenda J. Myrthil, Associate Dean for Student Programming in the Office of Student Services. You can contact her at 585.594.6096 or myrthil_brenda@roberts.edu.
