Golisano Library has recently subscribed to the NewsBank database, which is a collection of multiple types of news sources ranging from international publications to small town newspapers. One easy search will send you to multiple links to explore a specific event or compare stories on a variety of topics, 1981 – present.  The database is of general interest, but may be especially useful when researching business, social work, politics, health, or sports. Our international students will also find this a way to connect with events in their home countries.
