Meet Two New Golisano Library Team Members!

The Golisano Library Team was pleased to welcome two new members of our team on Monday, August 17. 

Matthew Ballard, our new Collection Services Librarian, comes to us from The Cobblestone Society Museum in Albion where he was the Director & Curator. He was also working at the Hilbert College Francis J. & Marie McGrath Library as the Night & Weekend Supervisor. He writes a weekly column for the Batavia Daily News and Orleans Hub as the Orleans County Historian. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in History from SUNY at Brockport and his Master of Library Science degree from SUNY at Buffalo. He will be the library liaison to the School of Arts & Humanities. 

Elizabeth Kerr (BA ’12) is returning to Golisano Library as our new Interlibrary Loan, Reserves & Evening Supervisor. After graduating from Roberts with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Spanish, she went on to earned her Master of Science degree in Information Science from the University at Albany. She has been working as the Librarian in the Sullivan Correctional Facility in Fallsburg, NY.
