Most on campus printers are supported directly by ITS.
If you believe there is something wrong with your printer, check the list below and if you
cannot find your problem then please contact us.

Only the first 20 pages of my document are printed.
|
There is a limit on 20 pages per print job. The easiest way to
get around this is to print the first 20 pages and then send another print
job for the remaining pages.

Paper is out! Where do I get more Paper?
|
If you are in a lab with an lab assistant, talk to them, they can get more paper. If you
are in a department lab, then talk to the department administrative assistant.

Paper Jam
|
Check the paper trays.
Open top cover, pull out toner and check for jammed paper.
Open back door and see if paper is jammed.
If you don't see the paper, and the printer is still giving an error than
please contact the Help Desk.
