  • How do I get rid of SPAM?
    Visit this page for an overview of dealing with SPAM.
  • My Mailbox is full!
    Your email account has a limited size. Delete large items out of your mail account. Remember that Delete Items and Sent Items count toward your mailbox size.
  • I can't access my account!
    If you cannot log into your email account several things may have happened.
    1) You may have locked yourself out by misentering your login three times or more. Your account remains locked for 1 hour, or you can contact the Help Desk to have them unlock it.
    2) You may have forgotten your password (or are entering it wrong). Make sure the Caps Locks is off. If you need to reset your password, students can use the Change Password Form.
