Roberts Wesleyan College is pleased to announce a search for a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead its enrollment team in recruiting students for its traditional undergraduate, graduate and adult programs, while providing strategic direction to Northeastern Seminary’s enrollment efforts.  The college has engaged the services of Credo, a comprehensive higher education consulting firm, to lead this search.

The Vice President for Enrollment Management will lead a team of more than 30 staff, supported by experienced staff of the undergraduate and graduate/adult admission offices as well as the student financial services office. This position reports to the President and serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet.

The Vice President for Enrollment Management will head the enrollment management function at Roberts to identify, cultivate, recruit, admit, aid, enroll, retain, and graduate the optimal number and quality of students in each of our educational units. The Vice President will also ensure enrollment goals are consistent with the college’s strategic plan and that enrollment management proactively and effectively partners with related departments across the campus.

Qualifications: A master’s degree and at least 10 years of related, progressively responsible experience is required with at least five years in enrollment management leadership. Experience must include a successful track record of leading enrollment efforts, preferably in a comprehensive context involving programs at both the undergraduate, graduate, adult and seminary level. A demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and manage a high performing team as well as the ability to collaborate with leadership is required.  Since success in this position will require building and maintaining strong, cross-functional partnerships, demonstrated experience in this area is important as well.
